Website Giveaway terms & conditions

  1. The giveaway is only open to heart-centered women in business who align with your ideal client profile.
  2. Must be willing to provide a testimonial or case study upon completion of the project.
  3. Must agree to use the website for a minimum of six months and provide feedback on its performance.
  4. Must agree to give credit to your business as the website designer on the site’s footer or credits page.
  5. To apply, you must fill out a form and answer the questions provided.
  6. If you are selected as a winner, you will receive one of my demo sites, which they can customize to fit their branding. However, they cannot make any major changes to the site’s structure or functionality without paying for additional services.
  7. To ensure that the winner is serious about working with you and is a good fit for your services, they must complete your Website Workbook before receiving the demo site.
  8. The giveaway will run for a limited time, and winners will be selected based on the quality of their application and how well they align with your ideal client profile.
  9. You reserve the right to reject any application that doesn’t align with your values or mission.
  10. The winner will receive the demo site as-is, without any additional support or training. If they require assistance, they must pay for additional services or enroll in one of your packages.
  11. By entering the giveaway, applicants agree to allow you to use their site as a portfolio example on your website and social media platforms.
  12. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platform.
  13. Timelines: The client must provide all necessary information and feedback within the specified timelines. Failure to do so may result in project delays or termination.
  14. Payments: The client must pay all agreed-upon fees promptly and within the specified timelines. Failure to do so may result in project delays or termination.
  15. Intellectual Property: All website content and intellectual property rights will remain with the website designer until full payment is received. The client must not use any website content or design elements until full payment is received.
  16. Maintenance and Updates: The website designer is not responsible for ongoing website maintenance or updates. The client is responsible for maintaining the website and updating its content as necessary.
  17. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time for any reason with written notice. The client will be responsible for all fees and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
  18. Liability: The website designer is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by the client as a result of using the website. The client is responsible for ensuring that their website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  19. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold the website designer harmless against any claims or losses arising from the use of the website.
  20. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your state/country].
  21. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether oral or written.
  22. Modification: This agreement may be modified only in writing signed by both parties.
  23. Fill out the form with your name, email, and a challenging and out-of-the-box question that helps me get to know you better. Also, let me know if you’ve already checked out my website and if you’re willing to go through my pre-design process.
  24. If you’re selected, you’ll need to complete my Website Workbook and send it back to me.
  25. You’ll need to pay for your hosting and domain name with one of my recommended providers: Siteground or Flywheel.
  26. You agree to be added to my subscribers list and may receive offers, news, and freebies from me.
  27. The demo site includes changes of copy, your branding, your images, and media, and adding sections and technology will be quoted separately according to my hourly prepaid packages.
  28. If you’re selected to receive a demo website, I’ll contact you via email to schedule a discovery call. During the call, we’ll talk about your business goals and vision, and I’ll answer any questions you have about the demo site process.
