Technical Support packages are the equivalent of prepaid hours of website work. They serve as a retainer for my services, so instead of creating a quote every time you need a consult, I can get to work on your request as quickly as possible, only requiring your written consent to use an estimated amount of time.

These hours can be used for consulting, troubleshooting, and fixing errors, adding additional content, training, and even tweaking existing sections to your new content.

* These Technical Support Packages are not meant for the design of new pages or sections or the integration of new Marketing tools. They will be quoted as a new project.

You can buy an hourly package and use the hours whenever you need. They will expire in 3, 6, or 12 months depending on your plan.

How to use them: Whenever you have something to be done on your website, I will send you a quote with the approximate amount of time that task will deduce from your plan. Those hours will be deducted in increments of 15 minutes. If the specific task requires more time than you have left in your Plan, I will send a quotation with a recommended package.

Whatever Plan you are in, if you have a specific one-off project for your website, I will submit a quotation for your approval. If the job requires more hours than you have available, we can evaluate your needs, and I will recommend the best options for you.

Yes, you can use your Maintenance + Tasks or any Technical Support Pack for almost any type of work on your website. Either Troubleshooting, error fixing, or small section editing.

* Designing new pages or sections, and integrating marketing tools will be considered a new project and will need a separate quotation.

No. The process and prices are different if you want to redesign your website. It counts as a new project. However, prepaid hourly packages can be used if you need to re-design a small existing section of a page of your website. Contact me for personalized additional information.

You can send me emails anytime with questions, requests for instructions, or advice on how to use your website. I will happily reply to these emails with recommendations, videos, or links. Anything else that requires working on your site will be quoted accordingly.

The whole purpose of my website care plans is to prevent these things from happening. I cannot promise your website will not be hacked but I can promise I will do everything in my power to avoid it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website.

No. These plans were created to look after the websites I design and build. I work with my favorite software and tools so I can concentrate and become an expert in these tools instead of mastering several different ones.

Regular Maintenance Plans are ongoing Maintenance tasks that include things such as: updating plugins, updating WordPress core, fixing any hack issues, doing backups, monitoring site speed, etc. This type of maintenance is performed without any intervention from you and is meant to keep your site running smoothly.

Technical Support Packages serve as a retainer for my work and are meant to be used if you get in trouble with your website or have any technical inquiry or website work not included in the regular maintenance.

Ongoing Maintenance can be canceled any time after the first billing month. My billings run on the first of each month so you MUST cancel BEFORE the 1st of the month otherwise you will be automatically charged.

For Technical Support Packages, there is no refund available.
